September another hot month for Niagara home sales

At some point, Niagara’s booming real estate market will slow down.

Just not yet.

Across the region, the number of sales jumped 57 per cent last month compared to September 2019 while the average benchmark price rose 15.7 per cent over the same period, according to the Niagara Association of Realtors’ monthly report.
