About Christine Gazzola
I am a self-employed real estate agent with Re/Max Garden City Realty Inc. Brokerage. With over ten years of experience in the real estate business, I provide my services all across the Niagara area and beyond including Fonthill, Pelham, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Lincoln, and Grimsby.
The real estate market is forever changing, and I pride myself on staying focused on what’s important to my clients to keep them a step ahead. I am busy throughout the year guiding clients through the listing, buying, and selling of their homes whenever the time is right for them and their families.
The Christine Gazzola Difference
The process of purchasing and selling a home is one of the most stressful events that a client can encounter. With over ten years of experience, I focus on reducing stress and relieving anxiety for my clients throughout the transaction.
I take pride in prioritizing customer service. I enjoy connecting with my clients and forming friendships that last long after the purchase or sale in completed. I listen and pay close attention to their wants and needs and take the time to discover their dreams and goals.
As a skilled negotiator, I help my clients through the buying and selling experience of their home. I am fortunate enough to have like-minded clients both buyers and sellers who put their faith in me. They value my opinion and look to me for guidance long after the sold signage is up.
The most noteworthy achievement of my career has been seeing my clients thrilled with their new home and sending referrals my way, year after year.
As a real estate agent, I have been fortunate to be a Platinum Award Winner for the past three years and ranked in the top twenty for individual sales the previous two years with Re/Max.
My business is aligned with charity and local causes. I, along with my colleagues at Re/Max, give a portion of income earned from every sold home to the Children’s Miracle Network. In Niagara, the money goes directly to McMaster Sick Kids. I am happy to contribute and have so many wonderful stories of my family and friend’s children that are alive, thriving, and well after the care received at the hospital.
