I’m Christine Gazzola, a Real Estate agent with Re/Max Garden City Realty.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me a little better.
I grew up in Niagara, ON. I worked at Bell Canada in corporate sales and customer service for over seventeen years. I loved interacting with my clients, but I found that over time, my ability to serve clients while working for a large corporation was becoming more restrictive with quotas and objectives. When the opportunity came along, I started a new career in real estate. I haven't looked back since!
I have ten years of experience as a real estate professional. Currently, I operate from three offices located in St. Catharines, Grimsby and Fonthill in Niagara.
Every day presents a unique and exciting challenge. I have the opportunity to match fantastic people with terrific homes throughout the Niagara region and beyond. The most enjoyable parts of my job are meeting people and working with my clients. I feel very fortunate I can help turn dreams into reality while making new friends along the way.
The most important part of my business is my clients. They are what drives me. There is nothing more rewarding than the excitement on my client’s faces when the ‘sold’ sign is on the lawn.
On average, I work for ten hours a day. I start early by going through emails and checking messages. I meet with clients throughout the day. The rest of my time is devoted to researching properties, pricing, marketing, listing and selling. To stay ahead in the current active market conditions, it is my responsibility to search for the best properties and run the numbers by my buyers and sellers. I’m an excellent negotiator and am always working to secure the best deal for my clients.
I attribute my success to my friends, family and past clients that recommend my services. I am also dependent on a circle of professionals that include my lawyer, mortgage broker, inspector, stager, photographer, electrician and handyman to succeed as a real estate professional. I admire each industry and am fortunate to work with many skilled professionals.
My leadership style has developed with the help of my peers. So many folks in my industry are great businesspeople and successful real estate agents. My manager and broker owner at Re/Max have had a significant positive influence on my career and set me up for success.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My weekends are usually spent golfing, having lunch with my girlfriends, attending outdoor festivals, and listening to music in the local vineyards.
I pride myself on my word, integrity, and connection with clients. I believe in charity. I contribute a portion of each home sale toward the Children’s Miracle Network and McMaster Sick Kids Hospital. I also support Autism Ontario and Pelham Cares.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
